Bad Report On HSBC and Mor Furniture
LL in California says: “I have tried through about five numbers to make a payment to Household for a purchase I made at MOR Furniture in San Diego.. It will not allow me to make my payment, just mentions closing the account, etc… and in the interim, hits me with additional late charges!!! I am furious and consider this fraudulent! There is no direct phone number to MAKE A PAYMENT AND THEY CONTINUE TO ADD LATE CHARGES UNTIL I GET A CALL FROM THEM!!!!!!! AND ONLY THEN DO THEY ACCEPT MY PAYMENT WHICH INCLUDES LATE CHARGES… IF THIS IS NOT FRAUDULENT, WHAT IS?”
