NE in California says: “This is not a complaint with best buy. I just want to share my experience to make other card members aware that they should always read their Best Buy statement. I just paid almost $500.00 of deferred finance charges, because I missed the pay-off the promotional 12 months 0% interest on the due date. May I suggest also with Best Buy to educate all card members about the calculation of deferred charge before the due date to “alert” and “inform” them.”
