HSBC Should Be Disolved Like Enron Says Customer
NM in Pennsylvania says: “HSBC has my MasterCard account dispute $170. frivolous HSBC penalties since Dec 01 2006 which it unlawfully is failing to recourse from HSBC undisputed balance of $0 as I pay off my monthly balances; HSBC frivolously demands I pay its unevidenced $35 late monthly payment. HSBC penalty unmeritedly alleged on my account re a payment check that I mailed HSBC timely via an HSBC payment envelope; I’ve Petitioned HSBC for a copy of HSBC’s postmarked payment envelope to prove my payment date; But no reply; HSBC records are incorrect &worthless because it is a predatory company according “HSBC Watch Consumer Advocates” online describing similar complaints as mine vs HSBC on abuses and misconduct including delayed posting of my monthly payments until HSBC can then add on illegal penalties; Postal service maybe delayed my mailing; HSBC I believe sat on my check until a $35.late fee kicked in & then pyramided HSBC more frivolous penalties now up to $170.
I demand withdrawal of penalties; HSBC has abused my person causing my anguish injury by collection agents for HSBC, Professional Inc.& Redline Inc. and HSBC using telephone calls and letters as HSBC harasses me even while unlawfully publishing in credit bureaus negative HSBC info about me during our active dispute; Also, extortionately threatening HSBC legal action. So I demand my $500. Anguish injury. Also I demand HSBC’s substantive answer to my complaint served on CEO Stephen Green for HSBC Mar 6th 2007 for administrative review. But I’m ignored unto now by HSBC and its collection agents thus causing my administrative and legal costs by HSBC in my sum of $640 which I yet claim. HSBC unlawfully won’t name HSBC’s PA business agent thus its systematic patterns of abuses constitute HSBC racketeering. So I claim for punitive damages in each of my capacities of HSBC customer, victim, consumer, and senior citizen in total sum of $15,000, plus for HSBC criminal prosecution. HSBC ought to be dissolved like Enron. This HSBC corruption can be prevented by a big association or class action versus HSBC.”
