RC in Michigan says:  “I purchased Best Buy merchandise and was hit with the Debt Cancellation Fee.  I specifically declined that yet I was charged anyway.  I am hitting brick walls everywhere I go in trying to get information on obtaining backup information to “prove” I signed up for it.  I so Angry, it is a total scam!!!”

  1. Me too! on a best buy card. HSBC is nothing but a criminal orgnaization.

  2. I in the same situation, and as it turned out it is the only negative item on my credit!!! How do I get rid of them? I called twice with no results…who do I submit a complaint to?
