HSBC customer Laura said “I want to thank you for this number. I called and was very pleasantly helped by the CEO’s senior admin. The company had reported 30 days bast due on my credit and that never happened. It has resurfaced again and yikes one late item even on immaculate credit can do great damage. I called the CEO’s office because the supervisor I talked with did not care about my credit or that her company had wrecked it and she was going to do nothing to fix it. Tony TM1 if that is really her was not very nice. How she got to be a supervisor I don’t know.

The funny thing is my credit line for HSBC was lowered because of being delinquent on a recently opened account. HSBC was the recently opened account and they were the one reporting the delinquency that I never caused and then they lowered my credit line because of what they reported which was untrue.”
