I wanted to purchase another ATV after trading one of them in on a motorcycle. But now after giving them a deposit to hold the motorcycle, they can’t take my ATV because of a lein that has not been met, so no clear title, and I will lose the motorcycle, the money and I’m losing my mind because HSBC has told me that they have no records on file and they want me to send them a copy of the lein and a written statement saying that I want it released.
Of course I want it released! How stupid! Then when they get every copy it will then be 30 days until they will give me proof that there is no lien. Goood bye money…. good bye motorcycle! SO I say good bye to Kawasaki and HSBC and I will never use them again! If they sent me a check with $2,000 off my next purchase, I would throw it in the trash.”
