TC in Tennessee reports: “This company was doing billing for QVC. They changed to another company and I was not notified. However, all my payments were cashed and not applied to my account. I am still fighting them to refund my money. I guess they thought it was a tip. Now I have 4 months of payments not credited to QVC. I have sent them photocopies of cashed checks and they will not respond. Any suggestions?”
