HSBC Insider tells of New England layoffs

An HSBC insider reported today that “HSBC / HFC / Beneficial laid off approximately 450 people today.” The report came from New England. We have not confirmed this report with a second source, and no supporting information can be found in Google News. More to follow.

   hsbc laid off 500 in carmel in today

   2200 Layoffs to be announced tonight/Friday. Amongst them many DSMS, BSMs who’ll have to choose between demotions or severence. Great timing amidst the 200k + laid off in the lending sector since this time last year!

   HSBC sucks
