WT in Missouri said: “Oh My Gosh! I am in a nightmare reading these compliants! We have had the same problems with payments being double withdrawn causing overdrafts, then FIGHTING with Beneficial that they have been paid along with double payments.
When double payments were STOLEN we can not get HSBC to acknowledge that payment is paid in full for the next month. We have had mystery insurances added to our loan and it seems every month our loan increases instead of decreases.
I am about to snap in fear that one day someone is going to try and take our home. These people are thieves! When we first made this loan there was an office in Blue Springs, MO. The people were kind and we had no problems until just before this office was closed.
An employee there assured us several times we were current and not to worry. The “home” office called and badgered us that we were missing payments. Diane from the office we normally went to told my husband to stay on top of our loans that we were correct.
It was explained to us that there had been computer glitches and we were fine. Two months later it started again and has not stopped in two years.
I am not the kind of person who would normally respond or make open comments like this. We just need help. We are drowning.”
