AM in New Jersey said: “Since September I have spoken to 4 customer service people and one person who claimed to be a supervisor. Last week I was told by a person by the name of Anu, I.D. Hgizhx, that I qualified for a two month extension due to my place of employment closing the business. Anu also told me there would be an automatic withdraw from my account today 11/10/2009. When I realized the money was not taken from my account I called. One girl says i qualify for a 1 month extension and says there are no notes in the system, she than tranfers me over to a supervisor who tells me i dont qualify for an extension. So, here I am – money in the bank, – not taken from HSBC like i told it would be and one girl telling me i qualify and another says i dont? Whats going on over there?”
