RF in Canada said: “I am getting nowhere explaing to my debters that my situation has changed and am now on a fixed income because of problems with my MS. I have had as many as 9-10 phone calls a day. They start with “Do you have a family member that may help you?”, calling before 8 am and alot of calls after 9 oclock. They have hired people that i cannot understand as they are of a different race. Some talk so fast that i just hang up; english and other nationalities.
I have had very rude phone calls that start with my name but then it turns nasty where i have been told in a not so pleasant that I have to Pay this bill or i would be sorry if i did not. I have reported all of these concerns to their supervisors and still no change in attitude.
I am here to say that between my MS and my fragile state of mind that i do not want to deal with these arguements anymore. My bill is small compared to alot of other debts out there and i wash my hands of this rude company.”
