JH in Tennessee said: “I got a loan from HFC (HSBC) in 2003 and told it was a loan with a pay off. The loan was for $8000. I have made payments for 6 years now and the balance is $8200.00. I am trying to get a settlement payoff, but they will not send me what they agreed on and that was $5500.00 to pay the loan off. I am open for any sugestions of how to get away from HSBC.”
