MG in Florida said: “I have been getting phone calls from HSBC in the middle of the night! The last call was at 1.59 am tonight. This is getting ridiculous! And when I answer, there is only a recording. I believe for collection agencies to call someone after 9 pm and before 9 am is against the law and if it is not yet, it should be. I have the call log which clearly states that they had the audacity to call me in the middle of the night and I’m wondering if I can do anything against these practices.”
