HSBC sells account to LLC Debt Collection

RM in Virginia said: “HSBC has sold my information to a debt collector, who uses abusive tactics to get money. This is in violation of the code of conduct for a collector. 275 complaints have been file against LLC.

This bad debt collector is like other bad debt collectors. Who are looking for a fast buck, and do not care how they get it. The one I saw on TV was finally arrested and put in jail, so should LLC, be put in jail.”

Editor’s Note: Asset Acceptance - LLC Debt Collection is a tricky one, since most debt collection companies are LLC’s. An LLC is a limited liability corporation.
