Throughout my payment period with HSBC I have posted regular payments and sent in over $4,000 total, while always asking for this amount to be posted to my early payoff. Well, to my surprise when I called the company requesting a pay off amount I was told two different balances by two different CR with a very strong accent.

I ask to speak to a Supervisor waited patiently and no response, I so happen to check my credit report and they have reported me late with all three given two different times, I since contacted the three redit Bureaus, also they are taking the money out of my account each month, I have sent several letters two certified and I have since contacted BBB, and FTC and others if any one know of any additional contacts I should do let me know.”
