JS in Tennessee asks: “With all of the crap HSBC does to us, and all the proof you have, why are they still here? And just to say this for the record: “IF WE ALL QUIT PAYING THEM THEY WILL GO BANKRUPT.” How hard is that?

That being said I love how I get the ‘As of 12/31/08 your Suzuki card is not usable as we no longer do business with Suzuki’, and now i get one that said ‘We are changing your APR to 28% and if you choose not to do this we will need you to write us and request it by 9/24/09. You will not be able to use your suzuki card anymore.’

But wait, didn’t HSBC tell me my card was no good?

With as little as it takes to prove fraud in court what is stoping all of you from doing so? And that little part in the papers you signed that you wont sue…. that paper does not take the power from your legal rites.”
