LJ in Pennsylvania said: “I was notified several weeks ago that my credit card had been cancelled by HSBC. I contacted them 5 times with no legitimate response. HSBC asked me about my son and many, many other questions. I answered them all. Then I was told that “I failed” the test! I asked “what test”?

HSBC said they would give me another. I refused, stating “what type of test are you giving me without my knowledge or permission”? They asked me to send in additional info which I did. My card has not been re activated and I feel that whatever the problem is HSBC refuses to discuss it with me. They forget that I am the VICTIM.”
