The HRS system will not allow me to make a payment, of which I have previously had access and have previously made my payment on-line. I had this same problem a couple of months ago and went to Best Buy to make a payment – only to be told that payments cannot be made at the store.
I was quite frustrated at that point and insisted that they take my payment. After listerning to my plight they attempted to access the HRS system to make my payment in-store. They also could not get the system to accept my payment. At that point they promised to place the payment the next day (of which they were successful).
Why would a large corporation such as Best Buy be compromising their business by using HRS and unacceptable bill paying tactics?”
