BC in New York said: “I obtained a best buy credit card. I than went on their website to set up online bill payment. The wording on the website made me believe that I had set up a monthly payment. The following month I was given a late fee due to not paying on-time. I talked to them on the phone and told them how shady their online system was and they would only 1/2 my late fee.”
