William in Asia said: “I was unexpectedley put on my Employers Long Term Sick Scam, this was not required. I advised HSBC I had just received a No Pay no Benefits notice. I have a home mortgage based on my employers housing allowance for the repayment schedule with 30 % equity and monthly payments of 58T hkd per month 14T is interest 44T is principal.

I asked for 500T in home equity to consolodate debt and plan for mortgage prepayments of interest only untgil I sort out my insurance claims from the employer that were meant to be available as a Loss of Income insurance of 50% of my monthly salary until off the Long Term sick Scam or retirement age. This Insurance plan turned out to be cancelled by my Employer along with a Termination Letter with no 3 months notice pay, making life difficult for me.

HSBC failed to show any cooperation for the obvious remedy of reducing my 44T principal payments and a small equity loan to consolodate my debt from Visa card and Tax Loan.

The Relationship person I will never forget his substandard lack of ethics service I a premier customer at the same HSBC branch in good standing for 18 years told me quote”people like you must go to Konic”.

What is Konic? He gave me the address I thought it was a service from HSBC. No it is a Loan Shark Company that takes the Title of the property in exchange for a noquestions asked $300T to be paid back in full in a tight schedule at 35% interest and the contract was entirley Cantonese they tried to get me to sign.

My instructions to this low life at HSBC premier center was instructed to cover my mortgage before any other payments as I had 2.5M in accrued equity that I must protect at all cost, the instructions included interest only on the tax loan and minimum monthly payments on my Visa Card.

The Visa Company was informed apperantly however someone authorized the Branch to take control of my account deny me access without informing me and proceeded to defy my standing instructions with unauthorized payments of approximatley 25T X 2 = 50T on the Visa card resulting in defaulting my mortgage and not telling me.

For 2 months this went on, without my knowledge until a Scumbag by the name of Mr. Lai from HSBC collections called my home at 8pm screaming at me for this mortgage default situation and threating to take possession of my property in 2 weeks.

I dismissed it as a Triad type of scare tactic, until I went to the bank and found out what happened and tried to reverese it as per my instructions. The Low Life relationship manager Andy Lee would not explian to me why he did not call me to advise for obvious reasons they wanted my valuable special property, I said no way will I ever give you vacant posession after this pathetic service.

Then I started receiving letters from a Solicitor every 1-2 weeks followed by a High Court Writ to get posession, as I had no disposable money.

My Solicitor dropped my case and I was going non represented. JSM lawyers called me the day before the trial and deliberatly did not tell me the Court room and Master has changed I find out 10 days before they insured I knew where to go and confirmed the original Court room which I was in the next day waiting for my turn when the Master in the now wrong room asked me why is was in his Court he then told me of the change of rooms and Master, as my name did not appear on the Court list at the entry door I had no way of knowing I had to go to the registry and scan all the court rooms for the correct one.

I finally got there 20 minutes late it was over a Default judgemnent for debt only for HSBC no qualifications.

The Master deSouza came out to talk with me and obviously felt compassion for my dilema regarding my Ex Employer and the dispickable treatment from the HSBC persons.

He gave me an endorsment to take to Legal Aid for a Lawyer to apppeal the default judgement on my behalf.

Legal Aid refused me, Alex McMahon the Director not even close to knowing his job was rude agressive and my wife and I thought he was a debt collector not a LA representive we did not want to sign anything it was another deliberate set up attempt to block me.

I appealed the decision I never got from Nancy Keung the LA Solicitor and was ambushed with her reasons from the Masters copy and they were inaccurate, hence the reason she did not provide them to me, I asked for an adjournment due this.

The Master abused his power and Authority with me tried to belittle me, not knowing the true facts and told me LA denied again.

I disrespectfully walked out of his court and slamed the door behind me in frustration.

The HSBC bullying continued over the phone the small man with the big mouth would never meet me to discuss a solution, since HSBC did not cooperate I will not cooperate now I have close to 50% of valuation accrued equity and Mr CK Mak is bulling me threating the Baliff office on me.

I still say ‘refinance me’. I van pay all outstanding including the unjustified $44T principal payments with a small portion of equity HSBC!”
