JA in the Philippines said: “In my august bill statement, there appeared a 1000php charge from caltext lapu-lapu. This was a surprise in my case because i never had much more than 200php of gas every time. I made a call in hsbc already and i hope HSBC will make action on this. This is such a disgusting experience.
I hope this is just an honest mistake on the part of caltext or HSBC, not a dirty business strategy. Tthe moment i received my bill i stop having gas at caltex and stop using my HSBC card.”
