A Michigan resident said: “We have had HFC for 13 years. They added payments and interest to our balance. We can never see our balance go down. We hardly ever get statements from HSBC. Every time we call it takes like 15 minutes to find our current paperwork.

We did a loan mod. HSBC added everything to our balance.

We are currently considering letting them take our home of 13 years, Then they can sell it for hardly anything instead of adjusting the price for us. We would consider staying but I don’t think as of right now at our age we can never pay it down. We are so stressed of dealing with them anymore. Just had to let it out.”
