That was extra money but it was outdated so they had to call HSBC and get a new one printed and sent directly to me…she took my address and called back and said she called the bank and they’d have it to me in 10 business days…15 went by and I called and HSBC had no record of anything and said H&R Block would have to have send them a voided check.
I had to wait longer to call them because they are only open one day a week…I got a hold of them…she called HSBC AGAIN and called me back and said it was done…then she called the next day on her own time saying they called her and said to was processed and sent.
I called HSBC and put my social in and it said the check was processed and sent on August 7th and allow 4-5 business days…today is August 18th and still no check and not only did last time make my rent late but this time my utilities are late…IT’S MY MONEY WHERE IS IT?”
Editors Note: For the quarter ended July 31, 2009, H&R Block posted a loss of $133.6 million, or 40 cents a share, from a loss of $132.7 million, or 41 cents a share, a year earlier.
