HSBC Web Address On Back Of Credit Cards Fails

TM in Washington says: “I have been trying to log onto hrsaccount.com for the last 15 minutes with no luck. I am using the web address on the back of my credit card. The search keeps coming up with alternate locations but not the on line payment center. Now I am going to be late on my payment and will have to call and pay the $15 to make a phone payment. You can believe me that they are going to get an ear full from me.”
