DC in Tennessee said: “I have had my payments to Beneficial coming out of my checking automatically. This is a mortgage. I have noticed for the past several months they are taking a mortgage payment every 20 days. I am being charged interest twice in one month.

Back in December HSBC stopped paying the insurance and then said I had stopped paying the amount required. My statments do not indicate this. They indicate that the money has always been there but Beneficial failed to pay it.

Where can I take these statments to see how much they are overcharging me? I have had no payment due since about March of this year but I am consistently paying them monthly.”
