Linda in Wisconsin said: “The incompetence of HSBC employees is unbelievable! In a 3 hour period today I was transferred, disconnected and told by several customer service employees that they could not help me. What did I need help with? Making arrangements to pay my bill.
They will be lucky if they get a nickel from me. I lost my job in April and would love to have a job where I sat on the phone and told people I could not help them.
I finally Googled them and called the CEO directly. His secretary helped me. We’ll see what happens tomorrow when an “account executive” calls me.”
