JC in Illinois said: “I writing because I am very upset about not being able to get help when I most need it. When I say help- i only asked that my loan be modified to a lower payment per month so that I could keep my vehicle. (only 100.00 or even 50.00 less)

I spoke with several individuals within the past month (everyone had a different answer) to explain that I unfortunately had been laid off and currently collecting unemployment. I also indicated that my spouse had a leg amputation and was in the process of possibly having the other leg removed.

I feel I am in just about the hardest hardship anyone can imagine- and I only get to talk with the most rudest, not trying to understand individuals that refuse to work with a person during trying times..I ‘ve had this loan over 2 years and never been late with a payment- I feel that should count toward my credibility -reflecting I do care about paying my debt.

Instead I was told it’s nothing-I only paid because I was suppose to..(didn’t need this person to tell me that)!

I was told that I didn’t qualify for a modification because after calculating my bills -to the tee…. I would have around 40.00 left over -and because of this HSBC thinks I can afford my original note.

This is unheard of!! I would not have requested this if I felt I didn’t need it!

I will never do business or refer anyone to do business with HBSC. I’D JUST TELL THEM NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER IT!!! REALLY DISATISFIED IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE”
