AA in Canada said: “I am a ex-credit card holder and have some outstanding balance which resulted to leave the country without settlement due to me loosing the job. I sent several emails to the bank asking for a easy settlement but I did not get a possitive answer.

Recently one of the Legal officer by the name of Dharmadasa has visited my old parents and abused in filth and complain the neibours that I have rob the bank and ran away from the country.

Any way for your information I did not runaway. I did try to get in touch with the bank like I did with my other two banks like Standard Chartered and Nation Trust bank which I have already settled.

I am very much dissapointed the way your bank debt collectors deal with the clients, they treat like we have done a big crime or a bank robbery which is disgusting.

How ever I would like to request for a eassy settlement, please send me a email to (redacted) with your settlement plan and please request your staff to stop troubling people who have nothing to do with my transaction.

I have already ordered them to lodge a Police entry and next time anybody who comes and trouble will be arrested and taken to courts. Please I kindly request as a reputed bank to handle this matter in a professional manner not in a third class way with those uneducated debt collectors who kills the image of the bank.”
