KK said this about her Carson’s credit card from HSBC: “In June 2009, I received a account past due letter from HSBC for purchases made in April 2009 using my Carson’s charge card in. On the same day as I used the Carson’s charge card I also used another card. The charges on my other card came through as normal and have been paid.

However, I never received a statement from Carson’s charge and so did not pay it. When I called HSBC today “Trish” admitted that it is all their fault, they will send a statement, and that no late fees or interest will be applied and that my credit rating will not be affected. Here’s hoping.”
