LH in Arizona said: “I was forced into the debt cancellation when I purchased a t.v. from Best Buy. When I realized there was a charge for it I immediately called to ask what it was about. The person on the other end told me it was insurance for loss of job, health problems, damage, theft.

A year later I accidentally broke my $3000.00 tv with the mop handle. I called HSBC and explained what happened. I WAS HONEST. The person on the other hand, who spoke broken english, told me not to worry I was covered. They sent me the claim forms, I immediately had a tv service come out for estimate of damage, which cost me money, did everything I was supposed to do only to be denied.

Now I am trying to get my money back for this scam and I can’t seem to get a competent person on the phone or I get disconnected.

Is there a number for the U.S.A, so I can speak to someone I understand and can help me?”
