DA reports:  “HSBC calls my number regularly every day, looking for someone who is not at my number.  HSBC clearly has the wrong number. I told them I am keeping record of the numbers of calls, dates, times, and individuals; the woman say “fine.”  When I told here there was no one named “Louis” at this number, she said, and I quote,”okay, so he’s not there right now.  I will call back.”  I am a certified court reporter.  I write fast, and I VERBATIM records of what people say at a 100% accuracy, indisputable.  I am seeking legal advice and will be contacting my attorney in one more week if this continues.”

  1. After a difficult time getting rid of HSBC from my home mortgage (they purchased my Morgage without my knowledge), I vowed I would never have any dealings with HSBC. Just recently I purchased a plasma TV from Best Buy, I found too late that their contract credit provider was HSBC. I ws informed by HSBC that I could do nothing about it. Since that time HSBC has claimed that I was late with a payment and that interest would be charged with interest until the contract was paid in full. This even after I had made payment date arrangements with Best Buy and HSBC at the time of purchase. They said that all money paid would be applied to the original purchase price and that the “late” portion with 29.9% interest would continue monthly until the contract was completely paid. This would be in January of 2010. I’ve tried several times to straighten this out but as late as yesterday, 6/11/07, four of their agents, including a supervisor, hung up on me. The supervisor was to give me the address to contact with the problem but hung up without
warning. What can we do about these things?

I had to go through the Better Business Bureau, the Washington State Attorny General and a lawyer to prove that my home mortgage debacle with them was a complete attempt to defraud.

to get througth to the office of the president for hsbc took me sending e-mail to every hsbc person or department i could find an e-mail address for but at last
the office of the president for hsbc us called me and i explained the situation to her and she said that she would call back in a couple of days. She did and thankfully the rate was reduced to 13.99% from 32.24% .But to get through to someone that would listen to what I had to say and try to help me, instead all i got was a hard nose tuff luck it’s your problem not ours attitude took considerable doing and talking to the Philippines was totally useless always start off asking to talk to someone in the united states
