YM in Lousianna said: “I have been charged an additional $45.11 a month for account secure which I have never authorized. I have been charged this without knowing until recently. I have been charged this a month for at least 5 years. I would like to know if I could be reimbursed for this because I did NOT request it and have no knowledge of HSBC letting them just apply it to my account without my knowledge or permission.”
