DB in Ohio said: “I get numerous calls every day from HSBC trying to reach my son who lives with me. My son has an account with HSBC and I understand this is the phone number they have on his account. I have repeatedly told them that he cannot be reached before 7p.m. because he is at work Monday thru Friday and to not call my phone number before 7 p.m. because they would not be able to talk with him until he gets home.

HSBC ignores my request and call anyway numerous times; making me irate. A lot of times the phone number calling is listed as “unknown caller”, but I soon discover it is HSBC.

Several times they have placed a call for my son after 7 p.m. but when he answers they say nothing, then they hang up. This company seems to not know if they want to talk with someone or not.

Only thing I know for sure is that I am sick and tired of telling these people that my son cannot be reached before 7 p.m.”
