Rg in Nebraska said: “I bought a Yamaha motorcycle in Norfolk Nebraska. I used HSBC to finance it. I had paid off my loan with HSBC and figured the title should be on its way. The title never did show, so the phone call’s began along with the run around from numerous people at HSBC.
Finally I was able to talk to the office manager and she told me that HSBC sent the title. But the funny part is they had put a lien on my motorcycle so I was unable to get my title because of the lien. Even though I paid it off early.
While talking to the manager she informed me that they had to had sent it to me because they don’t have it. While trying to to stay calm I explained to her that they had a lien against my bike and there was no way I could had received the title.
She never offered an apology or offer to pay for a new title since they lost it. The HSBC that I’m referring to is in Carol Stream Illinois 60197.
I would strongly urge people to stay away from HSBC until they work on their PR.”
