GR in Brazil said: “I’ve been a customer at HSBC for 3 years. I’m very unhappy on the way you guys have been dealing with me. We all know that money talks and BS walks. But I’m a good customer here in Sao Paulo -Brazil. I ‘ve never given a bad check. I’ve been paying all my debts with the bank.
But lately I NEEDED HELP FROM MY BANK….and guess what …HSBC took advantage of me. I asked for a CDC and they charged me almost 8% per month. I want to pay my credit cards account, get rid of all my debits, because the interest rate is sky-high.
This is becaming a snow-ball. Now I know we are not partners. You people don’t care…that was the kind of mentality that provoke the crisis in the end of 2007. Horrible police. Shame on you. You people must have a fidelity plan for good customers…with low interest rates as an exemple.
But when the things were better in 2007 then you guys were bothering me all the time to buy some kind of service. When I had money invested I got peanuts. SHAME ON YOU, HSBC.
Here they do monkey-business….That is the way for bankruptcy. You can NOT put good customers and bad customers in the same bag. You guys are BIGHEADS….fine with me…I’M GOING TO DO MY BEST….Meanwhile I’m telling everybody who are the BAD GUYS (HSBC).”
