J in Minnesota said: “In 2004 we made the mistake of switching our mortgage to HSBC. Since then they have put me into foreclosure, sicked two attorney firms on me, and forced me into chapter 13 bankruptcy. Now that that is done and I have all my receipts from HSBC receiving and yet not applying the funds to the account til one was 19 days later, the rest are pretty much 13-17 days later.
Each month they count me late, then they didn’t send my taxes nor insurance in, claimed they never got them. So I paid 1/2 and had been in constant contact to let them know in writing, so I had proof and receipts of what I sent and who signed for it, they sent me a new payment for escrow that jumped $500 a month.
HSBC will not get another dime from me until they correct this issue. IF they try to take my home I will be in court suing for over a million dollars and for punitive damges as well. I am sick to death of fighting for something. THIS IS A VERYYYYY FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND THEIR GAMES NEED TO COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN.
I tried to call Friday night and they have some damn people who can’t speak a word of english and I told them I wanted to speak to someone who spoke english. Oh yeah and they sent me a $3625.00 check on HSBC’s checking account, that they didn’t apply and they WILL NOT REFUND IT TO THE ACCOUNT OR SEND IT BACK TO ME.
HSBC had two extra checks for $2k a piece they didn’t cash, and they just want me to keep sending more money!
THEN THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY SENT A LETTER TO MY EX FATHER IN LAW AND CHANGED THE NAME TO HIS ON ONE OF OUR MY EX’S AND MY CREDIT CARDS THAT WERE IN BANKRUPTCY, THEY FIGURED HE PAY FOR IT, SO NOW THEY THINK I OPENED UP A CARD UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME.
HSBC ARE CROOKS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED, PLEASE HELP.
There is much more, and thank God i got smart and keep everything now under lock and key in a safe box, to sue them. Does anyone know what happened to their lawsuit in IL?”
