NR in California said: “I charged some legal fees on my HSBC card for legal representation. The attorney delayed the court date five times then unfortunately died.

I am trying to pursue a dispute with HSBC but they claim one court appearance was the fulfillment of the service. I paid $2250.00 for five minutes in court? They won’t give me a real person to discuss this with just the clerical people in customer service.

Does anyone have a number in corporate of someone qualified to discuss my dispute? Any other suggestions?
