TD in Iraq said: “I received a credit card from Best Buy for my wife to use while i’m deployed to iraq, which i am currently as of january of this year. my wife purchased $660 worth of stuff online with our best buy credit card. instead of the items coming to my home address which was already put as the primary address, the items were shipped to someone in hinesville, ga.
The funny thing is that we placed an order before i left for iraq and the order was received at my home address which i provided on this page. i made some calls and i was forced to talk to someone in the middle east which i dont have a problem with.
The fact is that they were not helpful and this has ruined my credit because i am not paying for items that i never received. i am still being charged for the items obviously and the finance charges have sky rocketed over the months since the order. i need help please!”
