HSBC auto loan paid off, then shows $10,000 balance

KI in Virginia said: “I had a auto loan with HSBC Auto Finance - I paid off the loan May 23 - sent a cashier’s check for the payoff amount. I went into my account the
next week and it was zero balance zero due. This Saturday, June 6, I went back in to my account and there was +$10,000 balance and $32.98 due.

This is not my account. My account is PAID IN FULL - I got the finance papers in the mail with PAID on them. I called HSBC and got a foreigner. They can’t understand what I am talking about so who do you call about this? I want my account straightened out and get the title to my car!!

HSBC IS THE MOST CROOKED/OBNOXIUS AND RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER DEALT WITH! I will never ever do business with them again.”
