K in Ohio said: “I authorize HSBC to take out 1 house payment on a certain date and HSBC took out the amount the same day and the next day took it out again! The issue caused me to be overdrawn by over $500.00

I spent hours on the phone, and HSBC wanted me to prove that they took out two payments. I had to go to the bank, fax the proof, and my bank even spoke with them and stated that HSBC did this.

In the end all HSBC did was put one payment back in my account and paid less than 3/4 of the over draft fees that they caused. I had to pay the rest.”
