HSBC Suzuki Card Payment Cycle Can Be Expensive
JZ in California says: ” I made a payment to household finance for my suzuki card. When I went to check my account they had charged me a 40 dollar late fee because I had paid before the fifth of the month. I called and was told that I would have to pay my account yet again and was stuck with the late fee because my payment had been paid towards the prior month. When this account is paid I will never deal with HSBC again. They are the worst company and would rather rip off their customers then work with them.”
