PS in New York said: “HSBC is out of hand with thier interest rate on credit cards and annual fees. They hit me with a $59 annual fee that I dont remember paying in the past and that put me over the limit on a $300 limit credit card. Then HSBC charged me an over limit fee of $30, and wont even discuss it.

I asked HSBC about the annual fees and they stated that I pay this every year, and that I must have forgotten.

When I asked them to send statements to prove that they wanted $7 per statement, huh? HSBC also raised my interest rate to 29.45% because I was late 2 years ago and refuse to even discuss the matter.

I am not sure what if anything can be done about this but if the bigger picture of stopping this type of money grabbing can be stopped I’m sure the world would appreciate it.”
