KB in Washington said: “HSBC is closing all of its local HFC branches, and they are not helping consumers. I initiated payment agreements with HSBC which they chose to dishonour and sell my accounts to collection agencies without my knowing about it. HSBC does not communicate well with its customers.

When you call them for information, they do not return your calls as promised. When you ask for assistance by checking errors on an account, they never get back with you. They leave you stranded.

I never missed a payment on my accounts in the payment arrangement worked out with HSBC, but HSBC sold my accounts anyway.”
