HB in New Jersey said: “I have a couple of car loans with HSBC. Whenever I call to speak to someone regarding anything to do with the loans, I’m connected to INDIA! HSBC should be ashamed of themselves outsourcing customer service when we need jobs in the US!
Not to mention how completely RUDE the customer service people are! No matter whether it is a man or a woman, they do not listen to your question as they are so busy looking up information and then when you ask to speak to someone in the US because they are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL they continue talking about nothing and won’t stop talking so you can get your point across!
I really don’t know what HSBC is thinking but I WILL NEVER, EVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER LOAN WITH THEM AGAIN! They should be fined for the way they treat their customers!”
