JP in New Jersey said: “HSBC Auto Finance calls me 20x per day or more, 7 days per week on my cell phone and I know that this isn’t legal I just need help finding out what to do. They started off calling me every hour, then it increased to every 1/2 hour today they called me 11 minutes apart.

11 MINUTES.. AND they leave messages when they call. When the young lady called me last week, I said my payment isn’t 30 days past due, she said it doesn’t matter it doesn’t have to be. We call whenever it’s past due.

I called them last week and told her I’d make the payment on the 5th and she said that wasn’t good enough that I needed to make one sooner. I don’t claim to be the smartest cookie in the jar but I am smart enough to know when I’m being harrassed.

If anyone can help, please do this is sickening!”
