EW in Colorado said: “There have been occasions where HSBC Retail Services claimed to have sent a bill but I never received one. As my responsibility, I contacted Retail Services to request another bill be sent so payments can be made on time.
On one occasion they claimed they sent another bill but I never received the second statement. The next month they charged a late fee which I disputed however they played ignorant and repeated statements that they were in the right to charge a late fee.
Neither customer service or HSBC would take any responsibility for what they claimed to be the postal service’s fault.”
