AS in Michigan said: “I have a first and a second mortgage on my home as well as a loan consolidation. As soon as I started having problems with my payments I sent a request to have my payments reduced.

I sent all of the required documents to the Collection department and called for a week straight, only to be told there was nothing that could be done, that I needed to call my utility companys and credit card company’s and ask them to work with me because Benefical could not help in any way.

I need to have my payments reduced or combined and reamortized to a more managble payment. I would appreciate any and all help that I can get I do not want to lose my house which will surely happen.”
