JL in North Carolina said: “I was never more than 4 days late with a payment and HSBC Retail in Carol Stream, IL turned me into the credit bureau for a 30 late payment. I had perfect credit. I don’t know where to start to get this cleared up, I wrote BBB, HSBC home company.”
