GS in Wisconsin said: “I have been trying to sign in to the HSBC site to pay my bill. I CAN NOT sign in. I called the HSBC phone number and got a woman from India and she said I had to pay the late fee.
I then told her I tried to sign in numerous times without any luck. She then said I still have to pay the late charges. I was then informed I never called to activate the card. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was disconnected.
I then called back and a man named Ricky answered. I explained the situation and he said he’ll activate the card and I’d have to register to sign in. I have been trying to sign in for at least 2 hours!
HSBC did remove the late fee but I can not pay my bill because I still can’t sign in to their site. I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY EVEN IF IT WAS ONLY A 15 DOLLAR CHARGE. WHAT CAN I DO. I have a problem understanding the help over the phone.”
