DB in Oklahoma said: “HSBC has been ripping us off for years. They go in on September of every year and start charging us for insurance we already have. They have ruined our credit, charged us fees for a hardship program that they caused us to be in and they are always giving us greive.

I have had them fix our payments. HSBC always says they are behind and then after fixing them to show them current they did not take the late payments off of our account.

You would not believe the stuff this company has done to us on this house. We paid them so much money in one year our principal went down $3000.00. But we were still behind. Please if there is a lawsuit against HSBC we want in!”
